Tradelines for Personal Credit
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 3/8/2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing services through Tradelines for Personal Credit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or purchase services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tradelines for Personal Credit.

Description of Services

Tradelines for Personal Credit provides authorized user tradeline placement coordination services.

Through this service, customers may request to be added as an authorized user on established credit card accounts owned by independent third-party account holders (“Line Holders”).

The Company facilitates the introduction and coordination process between customers and Line Holders for the purpose of authorized user placement on qualifying credit accounts.

The Company does not own the credit card accounts and does not control the policies of the issuing financial institutions.

Identity Verification Requirements

In order to maintain compliance with financial regulations and prevent fraud or identity theft, all customers must complete identity verification prior to placement.

Customers are required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License or State ID)
• A copy of their Social Security card or equivalent proof of Social Security number

This information is used solely for identity verification and for submission to the financial institution for authorized user placement.

Failure to provide accurate verification documentation may result in cancellation of the order.

Payment Structure and Compliance Disclosure

The payment made at the time of order is not payment for credit improvement services or credit score outcomes.

The initial payment represents compensation for the following services:

• introduction to independent Line Holders
• administrative coordination of authorized user placement
• processing and facilitation of placement requests
• compliance review and identity verification procedures

The Company does not guarantee any credit score increase, credit approval, or financial outcome.

Customers acknowledge that the Company is being compensated for the facilitation and coordination services associated with authorized user placement, and not for any specific credit report result.

No Credit Repair Services

Tradelines for Personal Credit does not provide credit repair services.

The Company does not:

• dispute items on credit reports
• remove negative accounts
• communicate with credit bureaus on behalf of customers
• provide credit counseling
• negotiate debts with creditors

Customers seeking credit repair services should consult a licensed credit repair organization.

Tradeline Reporting

The reporting of authorized user tradelines is determined entirely by:

• the issuing credit card company
• credit reporting agencies

The Company has no control over:

• when an account reports
• how it appears on a credit report
• whether it appears on all credit bureaus
• how it may influence a credit score

Results will vary based on the individual credit profile of each customer.

Credit Profile Verification and Soft Credit Pull Authorization

In certain situations, it may be necessary to perform a soft credit profile review in order to assist with the proper reflection of an authorized user tradeline on a customer's credit profile.

This process may include actions such as:

• reviewing the customer’s credit profile through a credit monitoring service
• adding or confirming address information associated with the credit account to the customer’s credit monitoring profile
• initiating a consumer-authorized soft credit report pull through a credit monitoring platform

The purpose of this process is to assist with the matching and merging of profile data within the credit reporting system so that the authorized user tradeline may properly appear on the customer's credit file.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• any credit report access performed for this purpose will be conducted as a soft inquiry
• a soft inquiry does not create a hard inquiry and does not impact the customer's credit score
• the Company may request cooperation from the customer in completing steps necessary for proper profile matching

Customers agree to cooperate fully and provide reasonable assistance if this process becomes necessary to facilitate accurate reporting.

Credit Monitoring Service Fees

In certain cases, a credit monitoring platform may charge a fee to access or retrieve a consumer credit report.

Customers acknowledge and agree that any such fees charged by a credit monitoring provider are separate from the services provided by the Company.

If a credit monitoring service requires payment in order to access the credit report for the purposes described above, the customer agrees that they are responsible for paying that fee directly to the credit monitoring provider.

Tradeline Reporting Standard

The Company guarantees that authorized user tradelines purchased through the platform will report on at least two (2) major credit bureaus, subject to the reporting practices of the issuing financial institution.

In the event that a tradeline fails to report on at least two major credit bureaus during the applicable reporting cycle, the tradeline will be classified as a non-posting tradeline.

If a tradeline is classified as a non-posting tradeline, the Company will provide a replacement tradeline of similar value, subject to availability.

Replacement tradelines will be selected based on the closest available match in terms of account characteristics such as:

• account age
• credit limit
• reporting cycle

Customer Cooperation Requirement

Customers acknowledge that accurate reporting of authorized user tradelines may require cooperation between the customer, the Company, and the Line Holder.

Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with the Company when requested to complete steps necessary to facilitate accurate reporting of the tradeline placement.

Failure to cooperate with reasonable requests related to identity verification or profile matching may affect the Company's ability to complete the placement process.

Tradeline Duration and Removal

Authorized user tradelines are generally reported on the customer’s credit profile for a period of approximately 45 to 60 days.

The exact length of time the tradeline remains visible on a credit report may vary depending on the reporting practices and processing timelines of the issuing financial institution.

Once the reporting cycle is complete, the Line Holder may remove the authorized user from the account.

After removal, the tradeline may remain visible on a credit report for a period of time depending on credit bureau reporting cycles.

Tradeline Availability and Replacement

Tradeline availability may change due to factors outside the Company’s control.

In the event the requested tradeline becomes unavailable prior to placement, the Company reserves the right to substitute the requested tradeline with a similar tradeline of comparable value, including similar characteristics such as:

• account age
• credit limit
• utilization ratio
• reporting timeframe

Replacement tradelines will be selected based on the closest available match at the time of placement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• provide accurate personal information
• provide valid identity verification documentation
• review tradeline listings prior to placing an order
• comply with all lawful requirements associated with the service

Failure to provide accurate information may prevent placement and may void service eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

• credit score changes
• loan approvals or denials
• lending decisions made by third parties
• changes in credit reports
• financial decisions made by customers

The Company’s role is limited to facilitating authorized user placement coordination.

Fraud Prevention

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, identity theft, or misuse of services.

Orders may be cancelled if identity verification cannot be completed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
