These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tradelinesforpersonalcredit.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Wealth and Legacy Unlimited, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or ordering our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
The Company provides account placement and coordination services, facilitating the placement of clients as authorized users on existing, seasoned credit accounts through arrangement with the account holder. This service is administrative and educational in nature.
We are not a credit repair organization. We do not remove negative items from credit reports, dispute information with credit bureaus on your behalf, or provide credit repair services as defined under applicable state or federal law.

Credit outcomes depend on your full credit profile, payment history, and third-party lender and bureau policies, none of which the Company controls.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are the individual whose identity documents you submit.
To complete an order, you must submit accurate personal information and identity verification documents (government-issued ID and Social Security card) exactly as they appear on your credit report. Orders will not be processed without complete and accurate verification.
We do not accept credit card payments. Approved payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and E-Check (demand draft), as listed on our ordering page. Full payment terms, including cancellation rights, are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to submit fraudulent documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of credit opportunity, denial of credit, or any change in credit score.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
