REFUND POLICY

Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing purchases of authorized user tradeline placement services provided through Tradelines for Personal Credit.
Due to the nature of tradeline placement services, the Company maintains a strict replacement policy rather than a cash refund policy once an order has been placed and processing has begun.
By placing an order through this website, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Tradeline Posting Guarantee
Tradelines for Personal Credit guarantees that the authorized user tradeline purchased will post to the customer's credit profile on at least two (2) major credit bureaus.
Tradelines are expected to reflect on the customer's credit profile within approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) days following the closing date listed for the tradeline on the Company's tradeline list.
The closing date represents the date on which the company needs to receive all required client documents in order to facilitate getting the client added to the requested tradeline(s).
Customers acknowledge that reporting timelines are ultimately determined by the issuing financial institution and credit reporting agencies.
Non-Posting Tradelines
If a tradeline does not appear on the customer's credit profile on at least two major credit bureaus within the expected reporting window, the tradeline will be considered a non-posting tradeline.
Before a tradeline is classified as non-posting, the Company may request the customer to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps designed to assist with proper credit profile matching.
This may include identity verification or performing a soft credit profile review as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Replacement Policy
If a tradeline is determined to be non-posting, the Company will provide a replacement tradeline of similar value.
Replacement tradelines will be selected based on the closest available match in terms of characteristics such as:
• account age
• credit limit
• utilization ratio
• reporting cycle
Tradeline availability may vary, and the Company reserves the right to substitute a similar tradeline when necessary.
No Cash Refund Policy
Due to the nature of tradeline placement services and the administrative coordination required to process authorized user placements, cash refunds are not offered once an order has been placed and processing has begun.
Customers acknowledge that the payment made at the time of purchase compensates the Company for:
• introduction to account holders
• administrative coordination
• compliance verification
• authorized user placement processing
The Company's obligation under this policy is limited to providing a replacement tradeline when applicable.
Tradeline Duration
Authorized user tradelines are generally reported on the customer's credit profile for approximately forty-five (45) to sixty (60) days.
After this reporting period, the Line Holder may remove the authorized user from the account.
The exact timing of removal and the length of time the tradeline remains visible on a credit report may vary depending on the reporting practices of the issuing financial institution and credit bureaus.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• provide accurate personal information required for placement
• provide identity verification documentation when requested
• cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps if needed
Failure to provide accurate information or cooperate with necessary steps may affect the Company's ability to complete the placement process.
Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, identity theft, or misuse of services.
Orders may be cancelled if identity verification cannot be completed.
